£800 Fitness hybrid

Hello, I am 27, 5''10, 79Kg and new to cycling and looking to get fit while cycling around London roads, I am interested in bikes with carbon forks and not bothered about disc brakes, What do you think about the following bikes with a roughly £800 budget :

    And loads have got these type of bikes and love them ;-). Some just prefer flat bars that are a bit wider, and the placement of the brakes/shifters. Me for one.

    I can't get any of those links to work though, bar the Specialized! However it is hard to go wrong with the Boardman, always gets good reviews, sub 10kg and some nice parts.
