It has been a good month I feel.

I have completed over 11 hours of riding on the turbo and completed over 228 miles on it. I did hesitate when I bought it (actually picked it up second hand for £40) but I feel it has been superb in raising my fitness over the horrible month of weather we have had.

I'm actually slowing building up to a 100 miler in august. It is true you either love or hate the thing but I still can't wait to get out on the road which I am hoping to start this week. All in all, a positive start to the year of riding ahead.

    know how you feel,been same here with man flu then snow its been a turbo month for sure.
