what 10speed set up?

Half way through building my full sus but need to choose cassette size and rings. I usually ride 1x9 with a 32 and 36 out back I think' what ever the biggest is can't remember lol. What double rings and cassette do I need to in corporate my original 1x9 set up selection with a little more low and high gearing?

I know there's a general "best" set up But can't for the life of me can't remember what it is

    If your going double then ...............11-36 cassette will give you the best range, 36 middle ring will give you plenty of high end gearing and a 24t chainring will get you up anything.

    If you go 1X10 then an 11 - 36 cassette with a chainring of your choosing something like a 32 or 34.
