Anybody use this stuff? If so, what of their range do you use and how do you find it? I notice its supported by British cycling but not really heard much on it.
Any comments welcome, cheers

i find all branded supplements over priced. i use www.myprotein.co.uk. what supps are you looking at because with a fairly good diet you only really need a good whey protein as a supplement.0

that website looks pretty decent for stuff actually, diet is pretty good I currently use the Torq Recovery powder which definitely help with the big turbo workouts at present. Was just interested in the CNP supplements due to the 40% BC offer0

They are expensive without the BC discount, but real quality products. I love the vanilla protein shake; best tasting protein supplement I've ever had.

You don't have to consume protein as a supplement. However, it can be difficult to get the amount of protein required through a meal, immediately after a ride. Therefore, supplements are a convenient and easy solution.
Protein is essential for muscle recovery. During intense exercise, the muscle fibres will tear - also known as breaking down. When you take in protein, the fibres rebuild/repair and become stronger.0 -

Protein aids in the recovery & rebuilding of muscles by breaking it down into the required amino acids.
I have been using these people for a few years now and they seem pretty good - http://www.allsports-online.co.ukPain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0
