shortening chain on recumbent
I need to shorten the chain on a recently purchased recumbent - it has a couple of 'superlink' type links fitted.
I can see that breaking the chain using the super link is the correct method for maintenence/cleaning, but unless I am missing something, when shortening the chain it would be easier to break and refix elswhere in the chain using a chain breaker. Any thoughts?
