    Would definitely work at my office. :shock:

    But then we get paid by the hour so that's not much incentive.
    None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

    My hours at work have generally been 8.30 to 6 but realistically I could've got my job done between 3 and 9.... There's definitely an increasing machismo around the number of hours spent at work in some sectors and generally its really not conducive to productivity. I worked in Japan for a few years and they're the champions of long hours and low productivity...it's crazy out there

  • um there are more to jobs than office stuff? in that not every one works 9-5 etc jobs, in that you need to have folk around 24/7 no doing it from home etc.
