2012 Synapse Apex

This came yesterday, insurance replacement for the stolen Cube. Never ridden a carbon frame and was fairly impressed on a 15 mile ride out in the dar last night (hence lights on the pics). I like the look a lot, I need to get the steerer cut as soon as I have confidence in the set up. I've replicated bike fit measurements as best I can but there may be some tweaking ahead yet

Awful pic, but you get the idea. Third bike in 14 months, lets hope this one doesn't get stolen too.

Very nice......like the one I have only I have 105 on mine and the frame has a little bit of red on it.
I too need to cut down the steerer, I'll get round to it sooner or later.

Just thought I put up a pick of this roughly 12 months on. Not been stolen. Was nice to have owned a bike long enough for it to need new cables tbh



Lots of changes. I've moved over to a 105 set up, apart from the front mech which remains Apex

FSA 50/34 has been replaced with Rotor Q Rings 50/38. White bar tape and Cannondale saddle gone and replaced. White cables outers replaced with full Jagwire black cable set.

Biggest change has been taking off the RS10 wheels and putting on a pair of Kysrium Elite S

Oh, I've changed to an FSA wing handlebar too

Difficult to think of what has stayed the same actually.
