Currently the Chain is sat to far outboard and rubbing up against the chain guide, leaving to much scope for the chain to drop down the inside.
Obviously using spacers won't work (In theory).

What about making a spacer between back plate and guide?

Any Help Would be massively appreciated

    what device?

spacers between back plate and cage is normal and often come with the kit.

  • Superstar XCR top feed chain guide, Came with BB spacers only.

Found some metal plates, will cut out spacers,

    Watch this space!
  • Problem solved! Although I'll replace the zinc covered steel with a Aluminium piece when I get the chance.

Align gears and I'll be on my way!

    Thanks for your help!
