Hi,

I downloaded the Strava android app on Monday and used it on my commute home Tuesday. I spent over an hour Tues night looking at the data generated. There's 24 segments; that's 24 different leaderboards I'm on. Since the first 24 miles had a 30kph headwind I'm pretty much guaranted to improve on 23 of the segments and I can't wait for my next Strava fix already.

I suspect Strava is highly addictive and was wondering if there's a Strava Annonymous or other self help group for if/ when things get out of hand ?

Do you mean a forum for Strava users? If so -No, there isn't an official one.

They have their own pages on most social network sites though.

Strava have hinted at making improvements this year aimed at those who cannot get into any Top 10's, be interesting how that helps peoples addictions
  • I only pay attention to certain segments. On some commutes you end up having a stat on about 15 Segments. Its too hard to keep up.
