Painting a carbon frame

Hi all,
considering re-spraying my carbon Giant advanced sl. It's currently white & i'll probably keep it the same & hopefully get some more decals. Does anyone know a good painter in Derby who has experience of doing this ?
any advice appreciated, ie: costs, it's a nightmare don't go there etc.
the decals are currently underneath a lacquer coat i think ? is it ok to spray straight over these without them standing proud?
thanks in advance for replies

If the decals stand out a little now, they will when repainted, unless they are flattened out0
