Well worth a read, amazing how well Hackney are doing, south western london is good, possibly due to no tube lines and affluent MAMILS

No real shocker than Bexley is down the other end. I assume most people might consider it too far to central London or something (assuming most would do that route, rather than other shorter journeys).
