2005 Cannondale CAAD4 (complete newb to road bikes)

Hello everyone.... I know absolutely nothing about road bikes so maybe somebody can help me? This guy on craigslist says his dad built this bike and that he worked in a bike shop so it has always been well maintained and whatnot. It has carbon aero forks and profile carbon aero bars. it has shimano integra derailers, cranks, and brakes. the wheels are mavic cxo. What do you all think? Thanks in advance.

We need more information and photos. If it's a good one it is a fine bike to start on. Also depends how much they want.
