Not sure if this is in the right forum, but here goes.
Hoping to do some touring (on a budget) this year and am on the lookout for a used/neglected set of front panniers to help balance my load of camping gear etc.
If anyone has some unused kit, do let me know.
I'm not after a freebie, but can't justify the expenditure for new kit.
