Rockshox Tora Problem

Hey.
Whilst cleaning my bike i found that the pre-load was stuck so decide to free it up with some WD40 and losen it up which went fine. I then took the pre-load out to give it a clean and re-grease the threads. I then stupidly moved the bike and leant on it  and the spring and blue cap/ spacer?? came out the top of the tube. I tried pushing the lowers back down and just re-screwing the pre-load adjuster back on but the blue cap doesnt seem to want to go past the threads?
The forks are Rockshox Toras on a 2011 Gt Avalance 1.0 and ive had a look at the manual below and cant seem to find any mention of how to fit the blue cap back into the tube.

Ive also taken some pictures if that is any help?

thanks, i found that video about half an hour after posting. tried that out and snagged the o-ring on a thread and the ring ripped.... so now on the hunt for a new o ring!
only ones ive found come as part of a kit that cost £20ish pounds and im not really after replacing the orings on the entire fork, so may just end up buying a new spring and spacer from http://www.tftunedshox.com/Catalogue/Sh ... Tora-Parts unless anyone knows where i can find a suitable replacemnt oring? asuming a oring from a DIY store isnt suitable?0 -
If an Oring from a DIY store is the sam size, it will do nicely. Take the old one in and try and match up.0

Got the orings and sorted it! Broken another 2 on the threads and had to use a crisp packet to get it past without snagging :-\ might have to put off servicing the fork for a while lol0
