DIY tubless conversion, anyone tried the tube method?

I am concidering going tubless, I wondered if anyone has tried the small innertube on a bigger rim method. In MBR this month theres a small article on it but wondered what the level of sucsess is. Will be trying my 29er first and if goes well will do the 26" susser.
What seems to be the best sealant?

Have used this method a few times with no problems.

Stans sealant seems to work pretty well for me and many others.

I think Fenwicks airtight is supposed to be very good. I may try it myself later this year.
