Just sick how someone can do that. Same thing happened here a few months back but the police caught him changing his number plates in a car park, although from what I hear he got away with a ban.

Its about time the law got more serious about HIT and RUN ,Dangerous Driving,,,speed limits...And more importantly proper cycle- ways ,paths.0 -
