Roxio VHS to DVD3 converter..problems

Hi, Has anybody bought one of these, mines not working, I can hear audio but get no picture, tried to get onto the roxio website but all google searches shut down my internet, very odd, even going via their facebook site the internet shuts down, I have some great old vids I need converting and now I cant, Bugger......... :evil:
