What to expect?

Hi guys

Iv got my first cat 4 race in march and not really sure what to expect! Any one got any tips or tell me what to expect I know each race different and everything.

    Loads of people on super expensive bikes. To get dropped at some point. To have fun. Hear loads of people shouting 'f**king hell and hold your line' . Loads of dodgy riders. Lots of pace changes.

    You'll love it.
    Just be aware of who is around you and don't suddenly change direction.
    Pace will vary from about 18 mph to 35 mph and it will average out about 24 mph. Just dig in when the speed goes up and find a good wheel.
