Could be spending a few days over Scarborough way next weekend,
We will be hitting Dalby, but what else is there around there say within an hours drive,

    The NYM,but after all this snow and now rain we have had,i think everywhere is going to be a bit of a bog fest,there is plenty of double track that you can use tho.

    Could also try the Sinder track from Scarborough to Whitby (old abandoned railway line). About 20 miles of fairly easy going if you don't want to do too much off road. Or like altern_8 said, try the North York moors.
