Hi all
A word of warning that there are thieves at Gisburn forest, I went there this afternoon and when I got back to the car park my light board had been taken , it was plugged into the socket in the boot and the board left outside so I never thought it would be a problem as nobody could unplug it but to my surprise the bxxxxxxxs had cut the cable to get the light board . Probably my fault for been stupid in thinking that all of us that go there go to have fun and respect other people's property .

I'll be wild here and make a sweeping statement that there can be thieves anywhere.

And they'll nick anything left outside a vehicle that's not bolted to it.

That makes little difference, woke up one morning to find my M3 front bumper missing on the car.

It's a damn shame, if they can nick it rather than shell out for it you've had it.

I have a mate who was parked right outside his LBS, he just happened to look out the window and there were some lads trying to get his bike off the roof of his car, luckily he had locked it on!

    Nicking bikes is big business.
