    I think he explains it in one of the comments :D Well, I'm not brave enough to do that and secondly I don't have microwave big enough to "bake" the foam :D

    You don't have to microwave the foam, I believe it air hardens.

    The valve is located under a carbon effect sticker or the Zipp decal so you cant see it.

    I wouldn't mind doing it for a laugh but I don't have a wheel to sacrifice. Also the carbon isn't structural so you could use anything that gives a nice flat finish.
