Lovely looking bike. I came very close to buying a used one before xmas, but it was a bit far away and the seller wouldn't budge on his price. By the time he'd come down to what I was offering I'd bought something else. :?

Salsa

Very nice, I almost bought a Scandium Yeti Arc a few years back but went for my Salsa Bandito instead. I'd only change a few things on yours if it was mine, has to have SPD's, less spacers, a double chainring setup and a flat bar then it would be perfect imo.
