Shifter advice
Hi
I'm looking to build myself a Kinesis Decade Tripster for commuting, winter, travel use and was looking to build it originally with a standard deore groupset and run flat bars. But part of me would like to run it with drop handlebars in a more road like set-up, so my question is which (if any) drop bar/roadie shifters will work with the front mech and shift on a 48/36/26 chainset. Will any shimano triple front shifter work or am i limited to running flat bars.
Thanks for your help
Mark

A road triple chainset should shift the triple chainset as would a cyclo cross mech possibly. You will have to lok into the later to see if there any compatabilityb issues.
The MTB front mech are just compatible with road shifter as far as I am aware.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
