BB Adaptor Spins when unscrewing BB - Help!

Hi

On my CAAD9 the BB30 bottom bracket has an adaptor sleeve loctited in which allows screw in (e.g. Shimano-HT2) bottom brackets to be fitted. The problem is that I'm currently trying to replace my screw in HT2 BB, but the LHS cup won't budge. When I do get it to move the adaptor sleeve it screws into spins with it (albeit very reluctantly). The RHS BB cup came off no problem. I've liberally sprayed WD40 in there to try and free up the threads on the cup, but it's not working. Any ideas before I take it to the LBS?

I had one of them red bikes but I don't any more. Sad face.

Can you not just knock the BB adaptor out from the opposite side then carefully clamp it in a vice?

If its the fsa one, then if its turning its messing up the inside of the bb30 housing.
There is another type - that uses the external bearing to lock the housing in place, the other bearing cup is part of the housing, you may need to use this type in future.
Why not refit the RHS cup and then remove the LHS one? you may need 2 BB spanners, hopefully, the RHS will then undo easily.....

Thanks for suggestions - after dowsing in wd40 and leaving over lunch I managed to undo the BB cup. New BB installed with a ton of grease.
