Yup (but it didn't look quite as impressive as that!)!

Only in the New Forest could still find some bloody mud after all this snow and sub-zero temperatures

Did end up wading through piles of snow about 2ft+ deep - I have no idea how it could be so deep. Never seen anything like it here before!!

There was a lot of yellow snow around that tree. Good job I wasn't hankering after a mouthful

Didn't manage to get out today owing to a stinking great hangover, but tomorrow it appears that uni's has been called off except for emergency type people, something about it being "unsafe" to travel there. I find it slightly pathetic but I'm not complaining, day of bikes and stuff

I was out in the snow back on Wednesday however and it was great fun, hopefully tomorrow should be even better considering how much more of the white stuff there is.

Yep, knees in the breeze - it doesn't count if you're not wearing shorts. It cleans the tyres beautifully, too.

Hmm I want proper snow! I went out tonight and round our way it has mostly melted and just turned everything into a mud bath.

This was before the worst muddy bits.

been out a couple of times but only on local trails that have been pretty much inaccessible until the ice/snow thanks to the local horse riding community churning them up.

hoped to see hamsterley this weekend but my car has decided it needs new brake pads so thats sunday scuppered :(

Was out yesterday. Hard work, but fun. Seriously trying to find an excuse not to do a group night ride tonight though; current forecast has it being -16.

Got out today, a lot of the snow had gone low down, but there was still some higher up. Couple of my local bits of trail that are usually sopping wet were frozen and really fast, I was laughing like a drain all the way down! Possibly some action shots to come later ;)

Out riding last night, the technique of dropper post down and feet as stabilizers worked superb for fast descents :D

Out this evening on the Monsal Trail in the Peak District. Ride didn't last more than 500m as my mate fell off three times and we're both using SPD pedals. Busy looking for flats on ebay...
