Had it for years, been through various guises (originally team Astana colours before I took some sand paper to it) been sub-14lbs but now just over 16lbs (as pictured). It's just such a nice ride that its now my winter ride and I'll ride it until it dies...

I'm a big BMC fan and it's not just beacuse of the Swiss connnection.

I had a Streetfire SSX in Astana colours until someone decided that they deserved it more than the rightful owner. Even without the BMC logos, it's still obviously a BMC and I'm sure it's a great ride!

Nice! I have a Slc01 as my winter bike too, in red though but I defiantly prefer the stealth look instead.

I would only change the little bit where you adjust the saddle height, othwise think they are great. Still running racing 1s on my mine, not a great winter wheel. Yours is better sorted.
    Dry - 2015 Parlee ESX
    Wet - 2013 Madone 7 Series
    Commuting & general abuse - Boardman AIR9.2s
Carbon and electric everything. I've yet to get zapped and nothings melted (yet anyway)

I hope you wore a mask when sanding it - those carbon nano-fibres are nasty.
I'm left handed, if that matters.
  • Super super nice.
