Cyclocross tyres

So much choice out there so need some help, looking for a decent pair for a mix of road/forest riding.
Any recomendations? Using Kenda Kwicker at the moment and they are awfully slow on the road-I know a bit of compromise is needed regarding speed/grip.
Challenge any goood? Or Vittoria

Schwalbbe sammy slick. 700 x 35. Fantastic. Diamond pattern slick with knobbly corners. Bought specialized crux cyclocross bikes and junked the stock tyres for the schwhalbes straightaway. Light as well
