BCF membership renewal

Is the intention here to p!ss people off?

I get an email today - Saturday. It tells me my membership is up for renewal. And that I can renew online or by phone.

Except after I have meandered around their website I find that I can't renew online because we have a family membership. Excellent email lads.

So I have to renew by phone. On phones ones that are open weekdays only. Good idea to send this on a Saturday lunchtime then. Cunts.

Does seem odd that. I had the same problem, but now it's on direct debit so won't be a problem next time.
