Fox Float RP23 or Rock Shox Monarch RT3

Hi all im after a bit of advice looking to buy a new shock ive seen a fox float RP23 kashima and a rock shox monarch RT3 both around £200 anybody got any experience with these shocks good or bad?

    New I'd take the RP23 anytime, if you're talking second hand, depends which one has been looked after.

    monarch rt3 just as good as a rp23 plus you can do a full service on a rt3 at home including oil change on the damper
    anthem x with many upgrades
