Okay so I know it's the Daily Mail but I'm a big believer in shorter rides with sprints/climbs rather than long, steady rides.

    Lance Armstrong had it all wrong. He didn't need EPO, growth hormone, testosterone and cortisone steroids to win the Tour de France. He just needed to cycle for a whole 4 minutes then stop and rest.

    No it does not it is really in Bridge of Allan but some politico changed the boundaries for their own kudos.
