Hayes HFX 9 to Shimano Deore M596 and Avid Elixir 1

I have a Kona Kula 2006 with Hayes 9 brakes 160mm rotors. Both brakes are leaking so I managed to get some cheap replacements (Shimano Front and Avid Back). The Hayes are fitted with IS adapters , can I just fit the new brakes to the existing adapters or do I need to buy specific ones and mounting kits ?

Are the mounts on the calipers the same?I don't do smileys.

The mounts look the same i.e. Post Mount , with IS adapters on front and rear0
