I had exactly the same issue as this and the chances are the creaking will return if it does there is a couple of things you can do to increase bearing life.
To increase bearing life make sure the adjuster on the non drive side is wound fully out then tighten the crank bolt to the correct torque then finger tighten the non drive side adjuster to stop the lateral play and tighten the tiny Allen key on the adjuster to stop it moving.

To stop the creaking make sure there is lock tight on the adjuster and crank arm bolts and torqued correctly. If the bearings are still creaking you can get what's called Stud 'n Bearing seat made by Loctite its usually the interface between the bearing and shaft that's causing the creaking obviously assuming the BB30s are ok.
