Superstar Headsets Help

Just awaiting a Dialled Bikes Prince Albert and with limited funds I purchased A Superstar Grande Bambino Headset to complement it,
Of course the Grande Bambino does not fit the PA frame,
With only the steerer tube size to go by (Reba 1 1/8'') I made the mistake of thinking there was one standard size!
I figure the Superstar Uno Headset is what I need.
As I'm fairly new to building bikes can anyone please explain to me Headset sizing???
I took a look at this but got a little confused as to whats what.

Previously I've fitted a Canes Creek S2 to a '03 Spesh Epic, I cant seem to find what size the cane creek is for comparison.
Many thanks to anyone who can enlighten me!

The FAQ on here explains it all. Headsets have changed the most in recent years so Sheldon's stuff is rather outdated for new frames and forks.0

Actually I think Park Tools would be beat for all the headset standards0
