Mobile Phones at Petrol Stations

    i was out the other day filling the old jollopy at the French supermarket petrol station, when a guy pulls up in a van, get out and starts to dispense petrol into the vans fuel tank, it was then i noticed that he has the mobile phone in one hand and a fag in his mouth alternating between the three
    fag finished he neatly stubs it out with his foot next to the pumps, replaces the nozzle to the pump and pays for fuel at the pump.

    there are signs up for no smoking, but nowhere did i see no mobile phones, so maybe they have no connection here yet.
