Anyone here cycled up Cuitu Negru or La Bola Del Mundo ?

The Giro has its classic Montirolo , Zoncolan and Stelvio, the Tour has Ventoux, Aubisque and Madelaine.......but the climbs that just bust my balls even looking at them are Cuitu Negru and La Bola Del Mundo from the Vuelta. Anyone with 20 mins to kill should search youtube for non pro cyclists climbing these two beasts and just look at the gradients :shock:

My question is , have any members here climbed or tried to climb either of those two , did you have to get off the bike and did the experience(s) blow your mind ?

    I think Cuitu Negru is the toughest, 24% sections on that killer.

    Yes it was. They are all b***ards but I think the Angliru shades it just from what I've seen.
