Velocity Aerohead A23s and Novatec disc hubs clad in Michelin Mud 2s (built by the good Ugo Santalucia of this parish)
Shimano SPD pedals

Not weighed, but not a lightweight - not intended to be, it is the bike that enables me to go n-a couple, will do me as a winter bike/a tourer/a child carrier and a cross bike. Just need to get it (very) dirty now...

Can I be so cheeky as to ask you to post a close up of the wheels, particularly the hubs and rims, as I'm currently discussing these options with Ugo myself and it would be a great help.

Thank you all - I'm quite pleased with it! Markjaspi - will do - although I have taken the sticker off the rims, so there ain't a lot to see really - basically black rims, silver spokes and the novatec hubs are black with some red detailing.

Have been having great fun in the snow with this - disc brakes work fantastic, no snow clog, Mud 2's work great on snow too.

Ordered mine today. Should be pretty similar but mine only has white frame at the rear. Will be going pink cables of course.

Looking at Jagwire cable. Brake housing is 2700mm. I reckon that might not be long enough. Could get some extra run on ebay. Hope to God it matches!

Dilemma.

Ordered jag wire pink. I can guarantee that the brake cable length won't be enough. And they don't do pink in separate runs.

Alternatives seem so to be, buy some pink extra length and it might match. Buy lots more and use that for the brakes, gear cable might be different shade OR buy some white length and have pink gears and white brakes.

Found it. Appropriately you can get cheap lengths in the cheaper BMX kit.
