Which one? Felt or Ridley?

Hi all
I'm faced with a dilemma (not the worst kind i agree)
I have ordered a Felt AR2 Ultegra Di2 but the supplier keeps delaying. Since ordering I have found the Ridley Noah R-Lotto Ultegra. Both 2013 models.

is one bike better than the other?
Opinions please?
thanks

BTW, Ridley do a very good race crash warranty replacement. Used it to replace a damaged cross bike frame and it was no bother at all.
Edit: Just noticed that the Felt has Ultegra Di2, now not so sure...
Went for the Felt and am thrilled with the Di2. Gear changes are dreamy, slick and exact.
The front end feels razor sharp and responsive.
The Di2 does add weight but is forgiven by the changes. Acceleration is good enough with the 3k carbon stiffness and pleasing enough to raise a smile.
The brakes lack feel but i've only ridden it in the wet.
(That Ridley looked beautiful aswell.)
