Increasing posh couch without doing anything useful

Just got in from shopping, hybrids/trailers about 32kgs, strong headwind, uphill, now laying uselessly on my new posh couch :D

    Been out and about doing dump runs for a friend who is renovating his new pad, came home knackered, delicious dinner with TDV, slumped in front of couch waiting for Richard to appear on Songs of Praise to preach to us all.
