Help me please

Hi lads I've just replaced my cassette from shimano tiagra 12x28 to shimano ultegra 11x28 and I'm having terrible chain slipping on the smallest cog on the back?? And it's not lining up very well with the biggest cog on the back any ideas lads I need help ?????????????

    Assuming they both have 10 speed, the Ultegra should come with a spacer to fit before the biggest sprockets. Have you fitted it?
    Gears might need to be readjusted slightly? If you don't know what you are doing, a decent LBS should charge you less than 10 pounds to re-index your gears

    Did the new cassette come with a lock-ring? Some 11t cassettes need a smaller lock-ring; the 12t one can foul the chain if used with a smaller sprocket.
