Rockrider 8.1 front hub strip

Just taken the leap with my bike and stripped my front hub down as it sounded real rough, does anyone know what hubs the are and if you can get new axles.
Did find out what bearings are installed and the guy that sold me the new SKF 6001-2RS said they were nasty cheap ones installed.
Got an engineer to make me a bearing press and they went in smooth, the axle has 2 internal lugs so the bearings have to press in from both ends trapping the axles, then you have 2 have end caps the screw onto the axles with rubber o rings for dust seals then 2 steel chrome washers that press on to the axel.
I only manages to get one dust cover unscrewed, it then took a big nylon hammer to push one bearing out with the axle, this took a little persuasion.
I am looking at doing the rear has any one else attempted this if you have would welcome the advice
Hope this helps someone

Hubs are made by Formula I think.
But you seem to be doing everything right ie regarding pushing out the bearings, reinstalling. You shouldn't need new axles though.0 -
Many thanks think I will see these rims out then treat myself to something special0

the rear axel will not come out through the freebody so dont be suprised."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
