Quick release wheel spindles..Size?

Hi
My brother is looking at this set of wheels from Superstar Components

Now he has a Felt MTB with what I would call the standard QR wheels which I always thought were 9mm?

Looking at the options for the front wheel adaptors on the link you have the choice of:
QR, 9mm, 15mm or 20mm. So the stupid question is does he order the QR adaptor or the 9mm for the front wheel..Im confused!

Finally are these wheels any good?

    The 9mm in this case is a thru axle that is compatible with standard QR dropouts. But you need the axle, and hubs that accept them.

    So for you, it is just the QR option. But you are right that the (front) is a 9mm (threaded) axle.
