Bryton not saving rides

Hi, had my Bryton Rider 35 for a few months now and had no problems. However it doesn't seem to be saving rides or "tracks" as they are labelled, to its "history". Did a 60m ride this morning, started and stopped the ride on the bryton fine, recorded all the data but when I stopped it, the ride wasn't in history. There is only one other ride in the history so can't be full!

Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix?

Have emailed bryton support

    erased all data and it seems to be working. annoying that theres no sign of the ride from earler
