Entry level Carbon bikes - component advice

Selling my old Alu bike and going Carbon in the next month or two.
Narrowed my choice down to a Focus Cayo Evo 6.0, Cube Agree GTC Pro and Lapierre Sensium 200.
All are on Shimano 105 and are in the relatively same price bracket.
All are available in various LBS, so before purchase I'll take a test ride to decide on size and comfort.
What I'm looking for advice on, is the components.
I'll admit to not being up on what's better than what, so can anyone out there let me know if there's a great difference in what comes as standard on the bikes listed above?
Details are below.

Quite like the Focus and spec looks decent. Cube normally has good spec/value but that one has a triple which I wouldnt want. Wheels on the Lapierre look the weak link. If you can get the Cube with a double then it will be sweet as spec is some Ultegra. Test ride and see what is most comfortable0

I have a 2012 Focus Cayo 3.0, which the Cayo Evo 6.0 appears to replace. The 6.0 had different wheels (Fulcrums v DT Swiss), but the remaining components are similar (Focus's in-house Concept range).
I think the bike is smooth and the Shimano and Concept components integrate well. I haven't yet made my mind up about the FSA BB30, but it's done sterling service.
I love my Focus, but have never ridden a Cube. All the gear, but no idea...0
