Man down - High Holborn

Man down on High Holborn this morning as I was walking to the office. A bloke on a Scott and an MG-F had collided - the MG-F had a smashed rear light and a dint on the nearside rear-facing panel. So it looks like the bloke on the bike perhaps rear-ended the car. But this could be way off and the damage may be coincidental.

He seemed okay, but shaken - was helped to the footway by a couple of pedestrians and the driver of the car. She was comforting him and stroking his knee/thigh as he sat on the kerb... which I thought strange, but she was perhaps a bit shook up too. I wouldn't mind a leg stroke on the walk to the office - might perk me up a bit.

If you read BR, then I hope you're okay (and that's a really nice bike you have!).

Give the woman a break; she's just had her car smashed up. Copping a grope at a cyclist's legs was probably a good way of taking her mind off things...

You'd think the girls that took me out would have offered a similar service. It's very dificult when your right hand is out of action.
Hope the chap in the OP is ok.

Chance'd be a fine thing. They knocked me off and forgot the puncing bit.
