Key for internal nipples

I recently bought a second hand wheel with spoke nipples reccessed inside the rim. the only way to get at them is by removing the tyre and rim tape however after doing this i still am not able to get any tools in to true the wheel. I think the nipples are standard 4mm square ones. does anyone know of a tool designed for this ?

I used one of these on mine. (as long as they are not really deep aero rims)

As above, you are looking at an internal nipple wrench, either square section or hexagonal depending on the nipples you have
