Hi everyone,

I am thinking of doing this for charity this year and wondered has anyone done it before? http://www.rideuk24.com/event2.php The Newcastle to London ride.
Any tips for training, I haven't ridden any where near this distance and so wondered what you would suggest training wise. I have a general level of fitness, but am coming back from injury. It doesnt usually take long for me to gain a decent level of fitness though.
