RS Revs Dual Air - idiots guide to set up?

Can't find what I'm looking for in the forum search (might not be looking hard enough) but can anyone tell me or link to an idiots guide to setting up RS Revs 150 Dual Air please.

Got a shock pump but don't know how to weald it
