Cos 2 races in the desert just aint enough
So...RCS have done the deal. This format looks rather like the race format for the World Cycling Series, non? With the addition of one more hilly stage. AND WCS wanted to try to exploit markets such as the Middle East.
RCS hadnt bought into the WCS proposal. Are they pre-empting WCS trying to make their proposal stick? Early stages of attempt to filling up the race calendar so that WCS will find it more difficult to get slots?
