Can I recommend drinking a goodly amount of water at regular intervals throughout the day? Counterintuitively, it's made my motions much less watery.

    there is a certain medical laxative you can take which will definitely cure your firm stools problem (at least in the short term)

    Hydration and diet is key.

    I have had a very satisfying week of '1-wipers' thus far. It's a vintage time for me in the traps.

    Rupert Murdoch and Donald Trump, they're a stiff pair of stools. If its too stiff, just put a cushion on it - I mean we have milking machines up here and we don't sit down on the job anymore.
