I have shimano disc calipers (R505) on my CX and i have no idea which brake pads will fit. (deore I assume?)
Also what is the difference between sintered and organic?

Sintered last longer and are made of metal, probably overkill for the road. They're good if you ride a lot in wet sand, but arent as outright powerful as organic.
Have a look at superstar components, their disc pads are the cheapest I can find.Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame
